4. Basket Case (1982)
The second set of Siamese twins on this list, Duane (Kevin Van Hentenryck) and Belial want to get revenge on the surgeons who separated them in Frank Henenlotter’s Basket Case. Duane could pass for your average young man, but poor Belial looks like Frosty the snowman after spending a little too much time in the poinsettia greenhouse. Duane must have also gotten all of forgiving emotions of the two, because he feels terrible about all of the blood his mutated brother sheds, especially since the two share a psychic connection and Duane can feel his brothers wrath. But Belial wants revenge, even if the deed was done twenty years ago and everyone else has forgotten all about it. Despite his lack of legs and opposable thumbs, Belial manages to slash, stab and inject his way across New York City to get back at those money hungry doctors.
