Top 10 Creepy Twins in Horror

8. Twins from the American Horror Story series

Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk, the creators of the anthology series American Horror Story, must have a thing or two for creepy twins. In the first five seasons of the show, twins have been used in three of them. In the first season, two mischievous twin boys break into the haunted Murder House and are killed there by the undead baby Infantata, causing their ghosts to remain trapped in the building, forever playing pranks on visitors. At the end of the season, Vivian (Connie Britton) has twins, one of which ends up as the Antichrist in season eight.

In season four, Sara Paulson plays the two headed Siamese twins Dot and Bette, girls who were taken from the protective Freak Show by spoiled psychopath Dandy (Finn Wittrock) for his own sadistic pleasure, giving him two entirely different girls in one body. The two pinheads, Pepper (Naomi Grossman) and Salty, are twins.

Finally in the fifth, the vampiric Countess (Lady Gaga) kidnapped lookalike pale, blonde children to add to the baby vampire collection at her Hotel, creating double and sometimes triple vision for those who glimpsed them running around the place. Not technically twins, these kids looked similar enough for their original bloodline not to even matter, and their thin frames, wide, hollow eyes and translucent skin make them creepy enough for this list.
