3. The twins from Berlin from American Mary (2012)
The beautiful Soska sisters not only direct but also play the parts of the nameless German twins in American Mary, and they portray the body modification loving ladies with enthusiasm. It’s not so much what these girls do that gets them put on our list, but what they want done to them. These creepy twins want nothing more than to share everything they have with one another, including body parts. Their deepest desire is to have surgeon Mary (Katherine Isabelle) remove both of their left arms and have them reattached to the opposite sister’s body. This way, no matter where in the world they went, they would always have their sister with them. Scarred but together. Plus they also wanted horns implanted in their foreheads. Need I say more?
