How I got involved with writing?
I always have loved writing as far back as I can remember. My mom has little books I wrote and illustrated from when I was 5. In junior high, I had a teacher that really pushed me to write and that helped it evolve. Then in high school, another teacher, Mr. Twombly, challenged me to get creative and write about different things. I worked on school literary magazines, too, although not in a journalism style, but in poetry and stories. Over the years, I’ve 8 national awards and 6 international awards for poetry and short stories, but not many people know that.
What sites do you write for?
Website-wise, Horror Fuel is my one and only. It takes my full attention. It all started when I saw a Facebook post looking for admins. I started there, then started writing for the site, and now I’m the CEO. It’s my baby. Since I started, I have learned so much and met so many incredible people. I will always be thankful for that.
What is your favorite horror movie?
That’s a tough question. I would have with Jaws. It’s as close as you can get to a perfect movie. Friday the 13th will always have a special place in my heart. It was my first horror film. It started my love for horror at the age of 9.

About Tori Danielle

Tori has had a passion for Horror and music ever since she was a little girl. She got bit by the writing bug in high school where she was involved in both the school newspaper and the yearbook. While getting her Bachelors degree, she took Journalism and Creative Writing classes where her passion grew even stronger. Now, in between work and family, she spends all of her spare time indulging in music, Horror movies, and nerdy fandoms, all while running/assisting one of the biggest Horror groups on Facebook and writing for various websites.
