When did you start writing?

I started writing a little over two years ago and wrote for four horror sites before starting my site. I go under the name HorrorGeekMel.

What made you want to create your own site?

I created my own site because wanted to write about geek culture and gaming as well as horror since I’m both a geek and a gamer. I’ve never seen a site focus on those topics alone, so I started HorrorGeekLife.com to cover all three.

What’s your favorite horror film?

My favorite horror film is Re-Animator. The ’80s cheese, gory practical effects and dry humor is a perfect mix!

About Tori Danielle

Tori has had a passion for Horror and music ever since she was a little girl. She got bit by the writing bug in high school where she was involved in both the school newspaper and the yearbook. While getting her Bachelors degree, she took Journalism and Creative Writing classes where her passion grew even stronger. Now, in between work and family, she spends all of her spare time indulging in music, Horror movies, and nerdy fandoms, all while running/assisting one of the biggest Horror groups on Facebook and writing for various websites.
