Paranormal Activity petrified audiences by showing very little. It was the atmosphere and the acting that truly sold this film. Paranormal Activity gained many fans and quickly turned into the most famous found footage franchise of the 2000s.
Not a huge fan of found footage but my favorites include Wekufe: Origin of Evil and Be My Cat.
