Camp Hurrah

Camp Hurrah is the setting in the cheesy slasher film, Cheerleading Camp (1988), directed by John Quinn. This campy story stars Betsy Russell, Leif Garrett, Lucinda Dickey, George “Buck” Flower, Teri Weigel, and Rebecca Ferratti. Also known by the title of Bloody Pom Poms – haha, I love that even more – it tells the story about a group of cheerleaders who become targets of an unknown killer at a summer cheerleading camp. Who doesn’t love seeing bitchy cheerleaders getting killed off one by one?
