Lost And Found: Horror’s Best Found Footage Films!

Rec (2007)

(Synopsis provided by IMDb.com):

A television reporter and cameraman follow emergency workers into a dark apartment building and are quickly locked inside with something terrifying.

Rec was a fresh take on the zombie genre. The director wanted authenticity so much, he hired actors that weren’t known at the time and didn’t even tell them who was going to get killed until the day they shot their death scene. The shaky cam and claustrophobic feeling are what make this film truly stand out from other zombie flicks.

About Karli Lawson

I basically grew up watching horror films and spooky things. I watched my first horror film when I was 4 years old. I've wanted to be a writer ever since I've read Stephen King books in middle school. I love writing and talking about my favorite genre. I hope to one day be successful in screenwriting and filmmaking. Everything horror, of course!
