Into The Woods: The Best Horror Films To Watch Before You Go Camping

Eden Lake (2008)

Eden Lake is probably the most realistic horror film on this list. Instead of fearing the unknown or a killer that can’t be killed, your dealing with something much scarier – people with no morals. Eden Lake has some of the most heartbreaking and shocking scenes in horror. It makes you root for the protagonists and absolutely hate the teenagers they’re up against. This probably will make you weary of your neighbors when you’re camping, but it never hurts to prepare for the worst.

About Karli Lawson

I basically grew up watching horror films and spooky things. I watched my first horror film when I was 4 years old. I've wanted to be a writer ever since I've read Stephen King books in middle school. I love writing and talking about my favorite genre. I hope to one day be successful in screenwriting and filmmaking. Everything horror, of course!
