Days Of The Dead Comes To The Desert June 28 – 30th With Reunions Of Fan Favorites

It was only a matter of time before the desert dwellers in the Valley of the Sun earned themselves a spot on the roster for Days of the Dead – a longstanding horror convention circuit with shows in Las Vegas, Indianapolis, Los Angeles, Houston, and Chicago. Phoenix is the fifth largest city in the United States, and it makes sense for the Valley to have plenty of opportunities for its horror loving inhabitants to enjoy the genre.

Days of the Dead comes to the Copper State for the first time June 28 – 30th in Phoenix, Arizona, at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown, and they’re coming with one hell of a lineup of celebrity guests and panels.

Days of the Dead offers reunions of classics such as Hellraiser, Children of the Corn, Pet Sematary, Night of the Living Dead, and Friday the 13th Part III are alongside other fan favorites; Malcolm McDowell (A Clockwork Orange, Caligula), Michael Biehn, (Aliens, The Terminator), Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Amy Steel (April Fool’s Day, Friday the 13th Part 2), Michael Ironside (Scanners, Turbo Kid) and many more!

The three-day convention also includes an impressive slate of celebrity panels, artists and vendors, as well as a comedy show on Friday night at 10:30, featuring guests Tom Arnold (True Lies, ANOES 6: The Final Nightmare) and Marc Price (Trick or Treat). Panels begin Friday evening and run throughout the weekend. Please note that Bill Moseley had to sadly cancel due to getting nailed by a biker in May on his way to a North Carolina horror convention. He is thankfully on the mend and seems to be in good spirits, and we definitely wish him well.

I did not exaggerate when I said they have one hell of a lineup, and as a Phoenix horror fan, I’m excited for DOTD to visit the Valley, and if you’re within traveling distance and have the means to make a quick trip, then there’s no excuse to not come support some of your favorites and celebrate all things horror.

Days of the Dead full celebrity guest lineup, tickets, professional photo opportunities, along with hotel and location information available HERE

See you there, fellow horror fans!
