With all the hype surrounding the Marvel Universe’s return of Spider-Man in Spider-Man: Homecoming, it was no surprise when Sony Pictures announced that they were going to make a Venom spin-off movie. Venom is probably the most iconic villain in Spider-Man’s long running comic series, so it was a no brainer when Sony announced his return in a solo film. But who’s going to play him?
Everyone has been wondering, since the film’s announcement, who would play the sharp toothed, long tongued villain. On May 19the, Sony took to Twitter to reveal who it was going to be.
