‘PHENOMENA’ (1985) Limited Edition 4K UHD Boxed Set Coming In 2022

Synapse Films and Arrow Films are bringing Dario Argento’s Phenomena to 4K UHD! Also known as Creepers, this all-new, limited-edition U.S. boxed set is coming soon and is loaded with special features.

PHENOMENA (1985) Synopsis

The young Jennifer Corvino is sent to a private Swiss academy for girls where a vicious killer is on the loose. Jennifer has the unique ability to telepathically communicate with insects and an entomologist, Dr. John McGregor, enlists her help in locating the murderer.

As the mystery unfolds, they find themselves in a bizarre murder plot with maggots, mutants, and razor-wielding chimpanzee mayhem! Can Jennifer uncover the killer’s identity before becoming a victim herself?

Dario Argento directed the film. It stars future Oscar-winner, Jennifer Connelly, Donald Pleasence, and Daria Nicolodi.

The 116minute Italian cut features approximately six minutes of footage for which English audio does not exist. In these instances, the hybrid track reverts to Italian audio with English subtitles
