Sean Kelly Productions presents ITCH, written and directed by Sean Kelly. It stars Sean C. Dwyer, as the John Smith, a man with a mission to relieve this nuisance. Also stars Werner Artinger and Leah Radda.
Official Synopsis:
John Smith is a man with a problem: One night while lazily watching TV, he develops an uncontrollable itch on his right hand. John tries to calm it with his “Scratch-A-Way” anti-itch lotion, but it only serves to make it worse. As the itch continues to drive him crazy, John decides to take extreme measures.
The film centers around John Smith and his frustration with an itch that just won’t quit. He uses an infomercial-type product, with no relief in sight. What does he do next is the question and the answer is a fun throwback to classic eighties horror. Some cheesy and gory moments and the final moment of he’s not really going to do that, is he?
Final Thoughts:
This short film impressed me. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I am glad that I had the opportunity to see it. Worth a watch, pleasing to all of us horror fans. Some cheese, some gore, some laugh out loud moments. The best part is the build up to, “Oh, hell no, he’s going to do what?”.
