Malvolia’s Memorable Thanksgiving 2
Every year, I look forward to seeing a new horrific holiday episode from Malvolia: Queen of Screams. She always does the holidays best and leaves you begging for more. Her Halloween episode was a delicious treat, and now we can dive into Malvolia’s Memorable Thanksgiving 2.
Who doesn’t want to have Thanksgiving with Malvolia?
In this episode, Queen Malvolia’s car stalls, so she seeks help from a local victim – I mean, neighbor. James (James Craigmiles: Swipe Left 2018) is friendly enough. He offers her shelter and his phone to call for help. While waiting for her ride, the chemistry between Malvolia and James is hot, and it’s clear that she has found her newest treat.
However, it may not be what he had in mind…
Jennifer Nangle never ceases to amaze me. She’s a jack of all trades as she not only stars in the this episode, but she also wrote, directed, and edited it as well. It was one of her best projects thus far, as everything was flawless with a perfect mixture of horror and comedy. If you’re looking for a woman who can do it all… she’s right here waiting for you.
“I’m on a diet anyway.”
Her victim… err, I mean… love interest, delivered a compelling performance as well. I didn’t blame her one bit for wanting to sink her teeth into him. I think anyone would. His character was one of my favorites in all of Malvolia’s episodes so far. I hope to see more of him in the future.
Some of the things that stuck out from the get-go was the cinematography and sound. The up close shot of Malvolia and James makes you feel like you’re in the room with them. You can feel the heat radiating from their bodies right through your computer screen. Richard Trejo always delivers the best of the best, and his work stands out high above other segments and shorts alike. Along with this, the FX from Chronix EFX were top quality. They always deliver realistic blood and gore that’ll make you cringe or squeal with glee.
