Their new film Transylvania Tapes, is making it’s debut and we are excited to share the details!

Filmed entirely on location in Romania, Transylvania Tapes is a unique mix of found footage and Euro-horror directed by award-winning filmmaker Brad Sykes (Camp Blood, Goth, Plaguers) and produced by Josephina Sykes (HI-8, Within the Woods, Mutation). The film stars newcomer Valeria Badiuc and iconic Romanian actors Ion Haiduc (Subspecies 2-4, Trancers 4 and 5) and Gabriel Spahiu (High Tension, Radu Jude’s Dracula). Transylvania Tapes follows Mara Enescu, a young woman in her 30s, who travels from Los Angeles to her home country of Romania to discover the truth about her mother’s disappearance in Transylvania years ago. Together with a cameraman friend, Mara journeys from Bucharest to the birthplace of Dracula himself.

Transylvania Tapes will have its World Premiere at the Horror-on-Sea Film Festival on June 6th in the UK. The film will also have its Pittsburgh premiere at GrossFest (July 31-Aug.1) and an Oklahoma premiere at the Red Fern Reaper Film Festival on Oct. 17. More announcements to follow.
