Sony Drops New Nightmare Trailer For ‘RESIDENT EVIL: WELCOME TO RACCOON CITY’

Sony Pictures just released a new trailer for the upcoming horror film RESIDENT EVIL: WELCOME TO RACCOON CITY. Set in 1998, this origin story explores the secrets of the mysterious Spencer Mansion and the ill-fated Raccoon City. The film is coming soon, exclusively to theaters.

RESIDENT EVIL: WELCOME TO RACCOON CITY Synopsis

In RESIDENT EVIL: WELCOME TO RACCOON CITY, once the booming home of pharmaceutical giant Umbrella Corporation, Raccoon City is now a dying Midwestern town. The company’s exodus left the city a wasteland…with great evil brewing below the surface. When that evil is unleashed, a group of survivors must work together to uncover the truth behind Umbrella and make it through the night.

Johannes Roberts (47 Meters Down) wrote and directed the film. It stars Kaya Scodelario (Crawl), Robbie Amell (Upload), Hannah John-Kamen (Ready Player One), and Neal McDonough (Minority Report).
