7. Botched Surgery or Botched Wish
In Leprechaun 3, Loretta is a worker at a roulette table. Her dream is to be a Vegas showgirl but unfortunately she is a bit past her prime. After witnessing what a wish on some leprechaun gold can do, she decides to take full advantage and obtain the body she has always wanted. Unfortunately, Loretta doesn’t get to enjoy it long because the Leprechaun adds a bit of his own magic to enhance her features even further. He plumps up every single part of her until she explodes. Was it worth it, Loretta? Was it worth it?
