The H. P. Lovecraft adaptation is directed by Joe Lynch (Wrong Turn 2: Dead End, Mayhem) and written by Dennis Paoli (Re-Animator, From Beyond). Heather Graham, Judah Lewis, Bruce Davison, Johnathon Schaech, and Barbara Crampton star.
After murdering her young patient, a once-esteemed psychiatrist (Heather Graham) helplessly watches her life spiral into a nightmarish maelstrom of supernatural hysteria and gruesome deaths, all linked to a seemingly unstoppable ancient curse.
An orange tape variant signed by Joe Lynch is limited to 50 units, including a bonus ‘Filmed in CthulhuScope” sticker! The pan and scan presentation was directly overseen and approved by Joe Lynch. We hear he was even thinking about a possible VHS release while filming. How about that for a ‘dead’ format?
