NFT—or non-fungible tokens—are being touted as the next big thing in the world of cryptocurrency. You might have heard about pieces of art being turned into NFTs. Now we’re hearing that, not only will stationary pictures be used, there’s going to be a horror short made into one! It’s called Trick Not Treat and it’s coming to us from Lawford County Productions and Terror Cards. Read on for more information!

Lawford County Productions and Terror Cards announces the release of Trick Not Treat one of the first ever horror films created specifically to be an NFT (Non-Fungible Token). Trick Not Treat has a total runtime of 4 minutes and 55 seconds and is powered by the Wax cryptocurrency on the AtomicHub website.
Trick Not Treat was written and directed by Jed Brian (Unlisted Owner, 13 Slays Till X-Mas 2020 – PopHorror review) and produced by Previn Wong of the horror digital trading card app, Terror Cards. The film stars Gil T. Wilson as Jack, Christine Jones as Sally and Adam Gard as the Trick or Treater. Derek Huey (Mrs. Claus, Teacher Shortage – PopHorror review) was the Director of Photography for the project.
