Simon Pegg & Nick Frost Together Again in Horror Comedy ‘Slaughterhouse Rulez’

It’s been fourteen years since Simon Pegg and Nick Frost took on zombies in Shaun of the Dead. This dynamic comedic duo are re-united in Crispian Mills’ upcoming horror comedy film, Slaughterhouse Rulez. The film is set to release in the United Kingdom this Halloween. The film’s synopsis:

An illustrious British boarding school becomes a bloody battleground when a mysterious sinkhole appears at a nearby fracking site unleashing unspeakable horror.

The film is directed by Crispian Mills. He also co-wrote the script for Slaughterhouse Rulez along with Luke Passmore and Henry Fitzherbert. Simon Pegg and Nick Frost both star and serve as executive producers. The film also stars Hermione Corfield (XXX: Return of Xander Cage, The Last Jedi) , Michael Sheen (Underworld, Tron: Legacy), Finn Cole (Peaky Blinders TV series) and Asa Butterfield (Ender’s Game, Hugo). Release dates in other countries has yet to be announced.

I really hope we get a release date in the US soon. I want to see this film! Horror comedies are definitely my jam! It has a Harry Potter meets Shaun of the Dead vibe to it.
