Is This Fan Theory About Stranger Things Legit?

Before you read any further… SPOILERS BELOW involving the super mega hit show Stranger Things.

Fan theories are fun. If you’re not familiar with fan theories, they are essentially made-up scenarios involving our favorite films and television shows. One of my favorite fan theories is that young Kevin McAlister from Home Alone grew up to become Jigsaw from the Saw franchise. There, now you know how these things work. Hitflix has presented a very interesting fan theory involving everyone’s favorite shaved-head hero, Eleven, from Stranger Things. This fan theory suggests that our sweet, darling El is actually the monster from the Upside Down! How dare someone suggest such malarkey! I was not having any of that nonsense until I actually watched the video explaining this theory. I must say, it’s a great theory and quite plausible. Check it out for yourself below.
