Independent Film Company and Shudder have acquired director Alex Goyette’s (Tomahawk) new horror film: Breeder. The film stars Daniel Doheny (The Package), Dot Marie Jones (Bros), and Maddie Phillips (The Boys – TV Series).
Synopsis
BREEDER follows an eccentric poodle breeder who lures a broke college student to her remote ranch with a promise of research funding. But, as he soon learns, there’s a catch.
The film had a world premiere at the Tribeca Festival on Saturday, June 6, 2026 and will have a theatrical release this Fall.
