Top 10 Must-See Horror Movies of 2000

4). Hollow Man

Kevin Bacon returned to the horror genre in Hollow Man. This story follows a group of scientists who are working on an invisibility serum. Deciding to start human trials despite being rejected the approval from the board, everything goes horribly wrong. (Go figure.) This film begs you to ask the question: What would you do if you were able to be invisible? Would you use this new privilege for good or evil? You can pretty much guess, as this is a horror movie, which one Kevin Bacon chooses.

Hollow Man excels in its state of the art effects and interesting storyline. This isn’t your typical slasher, even though at times it follows that formula. This one has a jaded lover narrative, a “competition in the workplace” story arc, and an ability to have you, as the viewer, feel like you are right there with the characters. I absolutely love this movie.
