Synopsis:

While hiking in an isolated forest, survivalist Danny and old Army buddy Arron become trapped when they fall into a deep, dark cenote with steep walls and no way out. Over the next 85 five days, they transform from old friends into vicious, bloodthirsty animals willing to do whatever it takes to survive.

Stacy Brown, Jr. (The Skunk Ape Lives) directed the thriller with a script by Thomas Smugala (Interviewing Monsters and Bigfoot). Brown, Jr. also stars in the film with Les Stroud (Survivorman) as well as Jessica Parker, Donnell Bobo, Vinny Evans, Christian Chapa, Svetlana Dashevskaya, Alison Brown, Evette Young, Lady Gaines, and Bryan E. Godier.

From reviewing the trailer, the film looks to show the depravity of men who will survive at all costs. Tensions are high and will keep you on the edge of your seat. The Pit is now available on VOD.
