These are all the questions you will ask while watching someone fade away into nothing. The G will make you check your porch light again and again.
Synopsis
After a tragic moment, a woman must confront all of her demons as she tries to escape a crooked legal gaurdian that controls her very move. built on vengeance, the woman takes it to the top. All the while protecting her loved ones still left. Pushed to the limit, she decides to take the law into her own hands.
The G is a movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat, wondering what will happen next. Although the story isn’t difficult to follow, there is a lot happening throughout. How do they fit all of this into a 2-hour movie? I don’t know, but I am confident when I say it’s a movie that will open your mind. The reality of the situation isn’t that far off from human trafficking; instead, they move the elderly into a retirement. In today’s world, that’s not a far-fetched idea.

If you have ever had to watch a loved one pass away, you know what to the people who hurt them in their most fragile state. The film takes just a tad too long to dive into the story. For the first 5 minutes, I didn’t know what was what. However, I was completely shocked and impressed by the acting skills throughout the film. They made these characters just like you and me. Of course, throughout the film, they have one goal in mind: to find the woman’s money or kill one by one until they take it by force. The villains have no emotion, like they are supposed to.
I think more “reality” horror should put real situations like this film, instead of a ghost chasing you around your studio apartment. Reality horror does not mean you are going to find your way through monster trees or dolls. None of that was needed for this movie to give you goosebumps. The film had its moments, as I said before. However, I will always give a movie at least one watch. Keep an eye on your neighbors, and anyone else you can’t trust.

The G does not seem like it at first, but this is a 10/10 movie for those who like thrillers and action films. Mix a little horror into it, and you have this perfect storm. The film covers an ongoing issue in elderly homes. The G takes you out of your comfort zone. You will watch people die, but not in the way you think. It is really sad in the end; some of these homies want as much money out of you as they can get. I watched someone die right before me as I comforted them into eternal sleep. It’s an eye-opener to how fragile life can be.
