American Horror Story: Coven (2012-2013)

One of the patients of Briarcliff, Leigh Emerson is one of the scariest Santa’s ever. Before he came there and was put in solitary, he liked to dress up as Santa Claus and kill people during the Holiday season. Not only did he torture families, but his whole demeanor gives me the heebie-jeebies.
