Exclusive! Coming Later This Year: ‘The Pools’

Coming later this year from the producing team behind Simon Pegg’s Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose, M. Night Shyamalan’s Glass, and Bruce Willis’ Breach is a new horror film, The Pools!

Synopsis:

Inspired by the growing popularity of liminal spaces and internet folklore surrounding vast, unexplained environments, “The Pools” follows a teenager who finds himself trapped within an endless aquatic labyrinth of swimming pools, towering waterslides, flooded passageways, and impossible structures. As the maze grows increasingly surreal and
inescapable, a mysterious creature stalks him from beneath the water, and he must find a way out before he disappears forever.

Described as “The Backrooms meets an endless waterpark,” The Pools, produced by Grytt Picture Shows, and Rebel Raider Media, is slated for release on Christmas Day 2026!
