PopHorror Let's Get Scared
Camp Punksylvania is making a triumphant return celebrating 5 years of dirty punk rockers in tents. The event is being held in Gilbert PA from June 20-22. The festival is not a weekend to miss. With headliners including FEAR and The Vandals it is going to be monumental.
Camp Punksylvania is going to consist of over 50 bands ranging from local heroes to legends of the genre. There is four stages and the best news about that is the fact that the sets do not overlap; so you can enjoy each band. The festival also features the “Misfits Market” consisting of an array of vendors Camp Punskylvania is a shining example of what festivals need. Lots of nice shade away from the hot sun and reasonable concessions. The DIY spirit is rampant throughout this festival and is keeping everyone satisfied and ready for the next years.
The entire weekend is kid and family-friendly with plenty of activities for everyone. Some of us are retired from the pit and enjoy the bonding experience, I know it’s punk rock and all but imagine if kindness was punk, bring that level of mentality. Prepare Pennsylvania, in just a few more months, we will be here enjoying the time away from reality.
