PopHorror Let's Get Scared
A few months back I watched an oddly disturbing yet intriguing horror film called The Honor Farm for the Fantasia Festival. I’m still not sure what the hell was going on during some scenes, but I enjoyed it either way. It will be released digitally via a plethora of platforms tomorrow and I recommend you give it a whirl. The Honor Farm is written and directed by Karen Skloss with a cast starring Olivia Grace Applegate, Louis Hunter, Dora Madison, Liam Aiken, and Katie Folger.
Synopsis:
On prom night, a group of kids wander deep into the woods and come back changed forever.
So far, based on my own personal experience and other reviews, I’ve discovered that this film isn’t for everyone. It’s weird and nothing like I expected… which is always a huge plus in my book. The Honor Farm is going to be in wide digital release in North America starting this Tuesday, October 3. It was purchased by Gravitas Ventures and will be available on iTunes, Amazon Video, Google Play, YouTube, Vudu, Microsoft, Vimeo and Fandango Now.
