Horror streaming service Shudder hit a home run in 2020 with their superb, original horror film Host (read our review here). We loved it. It’s scary as Hell, and one of the best reviewed horror films of the year. We’ve got some good news for Host fans (if they just so happen to be VHS fanatics as well). The folks at Witter Entertainment, in partnership with Broke Horror fan are bringing Host to VHS! Limited copies available. You’re going to want to grab yours fast!

Tape fans, we’ve got a special treat for you. In partnership with Broke Horror Fan, we present Host on limited edition VHS! The 2020 Shudder Original horror movie was filmed remotely during quarantine and features groundbreaking scares, stunts, and surprises, all filmed by the actors in their own homes.
Host arrives on VHS February 2nd at 12PM EST/9AM PST in the shop, with two variants to choose from: the standard edition with art by Neil Fraser with 75 stocked, and a variant with art by Eileen Steinbach, limited to 25. You won’t want to miss having this incredible tape in your collections! The release is licensed from RLJE Films and approved by director Rob Savage.
We’ll be rolling out some more VHS announcements sooner than you think, so until then, may your tapes always be rewound and your tracking adjusted.
