PopHorror Let's Get Scared
Ever since I watched his first short, White Willow (2017 – read the review here), I’ve been a huge fan of the filmmaking team of Cinematographer Tony Ahedo (Barry Baker: Aspiring Serial Killer 2017 – read the review here) and Director Ryan Swantek (read my interview with Ryan here and Tony here), and I’ve loved the other short that they’ve created together called Panther Ridge (2018 – read the review here). Now I hear that they’re creating yet another bloody masterpiece. This one is called Báthory: Virgin Blood and is set to come out this year. We just got some screenshots from the film and the synopsis as well as a cast list. Check it out!
Synopsis:
Elizabeth Báthory, the most prolific serial killer and feared woman in history, finds everlasting life through virgin blood.
As far as the cast and crew, we’ve got composer Craig Conner (Grand Theft Auto franchise, Manhunt franchise), sound mixer and frequent Swantek/Ahedo collaborator Maciej Ruminkiewicz, sound mixer Carlos Hernandez, Crimson Hands FX Studio’s Karl Huber (Halloween At Aunt Ethel’s 2019), makeup artist Eri Tsuno (Home Shopping Network, HGTV, E!, MTV), grip Thomas Loudin, 5:29 See the Devil’s Eyes actress Kaylee Giza and debut actress Darryl Sposato.
