Rob Zombie Says ‘3 From Hell’ Trailer is Coming Soon

Rob Zombie has been teasing us with imagery in front of and behind the cameras while making 3 From Hell. The sequel that fans thought would never be made will finally hit theaters this year. It is looking like early fall will be the release date.

The latest buzz is how arduous it’s been in getting an R rating from the MPAA. That’s the absolute best publicity any Rob Zombie film could have. The graphic violence, nudity, language, and drug use have become staples in Zombie’s oeuvre, and his films have become the new 42nd street classics or video nasties. With the proliferation of all access, something still elusive and infamous with a reputation is refreshing.

Zombie says a trailer for 3 From Hell is coming shortly. He added some insights on his Facebook about the process thus far:

“As you now may have heard we finally received our R Rating. This was a very long process and threw us a couple months behind schedule. It’s a drag to be sure, but that the way it goes.”

“Anyway that is the reason you haven’t seen a trailer yet. We are currently working on a trailer and hope to get it out in the world ASAP.”

The cast includes Sheri Moon Zombie, Bill Moseley, Sid Haig, Danny Trejo, Kevin Jackson, Wade Williams, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Clint Howard, Pancho Moler, Emilio Rivera, Daniel Roebuck, David Ury, Sean Whalen, Austin Stoker, Dee Wallace, Richard Brake, Bill Oberst Jr., Richard Riehle, Dot-Marie Jones and Tom Papa. Chaz Bono and Barry Bostwick also have confirmed cameos.

About Kevin Scott

Parents who were not film savvy and completely unprepared for choosing child appropriate viewing material were the catalyst that fueled my lifelong love affair with horror, exploitation, blaxploitation, low budget action, and pretty much anything that had to be turned off when my grandparents visited. I turned out okay for the most part, so how bad could all these films actually be?
