Directed by Rob Heydon from a screenplay by Donald Martin (Milton’s Secret). Heydon (The Journey Home) also produces. Executive Producers are Sid Ganis (Akeelah and the Bee, Big Daddy), Joni Sighvatsson (Z for Zachariah), Rey Cuerdo (Dim Sum Funeral) and Martin. Cinematographer is Pasha Patriki (Anonymous) and Editor is Diane Brunjes (Suicide Squad). Rounding out the crew is Production Designer Diana Abbatangelo (He Never Died), and Costume Designer is Ruth Secord (Wet Bum).
The cast includes Adam Brody, Amanda Crew, Zoe Belkin, Sheila McCarthy, Krista Bridges, Booth Savage, Alison Brooks, and Dayo Ade.
Synopsis for Isabelle
A psychological thriller in the vein of Rosemary’s Baby and The Exorcist, Isabelle sees an all-American couple living the dream, moving into a perfect New England neighbourhood, ready to start a family. Once settled, they soon descend into the depths of terror and paranoia, and must struggle to survive a genuine threat from a dark presence keen to end their very lives.
Isabelle is a production of Rob Heydon Productions Inc., in association with Out of the Blue Entertainment. The film had its world premiere last October in Busan, South Korea, and has played 33 film festivals around the world. After a very successful festival run, the film returns to Canada for a theatrical run in Toronto, beginning June 28 at Carlton Cinemas.
