From The S.W.A.N. Press Release

In the coming year, players will be able to check out a new horror game, S.W.A.N., whose plot refers to the Chernobyl disaster and unknown diseases. To commemorate the 34th anniversary of the explosion at the Nuclear Power Plant, developers have published a special video introducing the game world.

This title refers to the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant disaster (Ukraine), which took place on April 26, 1986. To commemorate the 34th anniversary of this tragedy, the developers published on the Internet special and stylized documentary video material, which brings player into the world of the game.

The title of the game comes from the abbreviation which means Syndrome Without A Name and refers directly to unknown and very rare diseases. The game will present the history of the secret program in the S.W.A.N. Institute located in the Exclusion Zone around the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant. After the disaster, the situation completely gets out of control, and in the next year a group of scientists organizes a research and rescue expedition.
