Planet Comicon Kansas City 2018 may have just ended last weekend but they are taking no break in planning for 2019. And why would they, it is a big year for the con. The Planet Comicon of 2019 marks the 20^th anniversary of the convention and they are planning to make it big next year.

While this year’s event was held in February, the convention dates bounce all around the calendar. Next year’s event will be held on March 29-31 at Bartle Hall in downtown Kansas City, MO. The con all started in 1999 by a man named Chris Jackson. What started as a small local event has turned into a convention that it known across the country and an opportunity for thousands of people to come together and share in the fandoms that they love.
