New Selections Announced for 2019 AOF Megafest

Three films have just been announced as Official Selections of Del Weston’s 2019 Action on Film Megafest International Film Festivals & Writers Competitions. Dark ClassicsRoboWoman, and Black Mamba are all official selections. In addition, Dark Classics will also be an Official Selection of the 2019 Hollywood Dreamz International Film Festival. The festivals will be held in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Brenden Theaters in the Palms Hotel & Casino, July 24, 2019 – August 3, 2019.

Dark Classics

Dark Classics is directed by Craig Railsback (Dawna of the Darkness) and stars Dawna Lee Heising (RoboWoman). This dramatic monologue by Heising as Lady Macbeth from Shakespeare’s ‘Macbeth’ Act 5, Scene 1′ was originally filmed and directed by Railsback as part of filmmaker Brian Barsuglia’s 2019 documentary A Bard for the Ages: Shakespeare’s Timeless Effect, and was later released as a segment of Dark Classics.

RoboWoman

RoboWoman
Directed by Dustin Ferguson (Nemesis 5: The New Model), RoboWoman stars Dawna Lee Heising (Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance), Brink Stevens (The Ouija Possession), Peter Stickles (Showgirls 2), Mel Novak (Samurai Cop 2), and Jonathan Nation (Elvis Lives!).

Synopsis

Vivica, has just finished her last day at the office before accepting a date with a co-worker played by Jonathan Nation. Their night on the town quickly turns to terror when he brutally assaults her with a group of his friends and she is left for dead. However, she’s able to quickly recover with the aid of futuristic ‘cybernetic’ transplants, which she uses to track down and kill her assailants one by one.

Black Mamba

Black Mamba

Black Mamba (A.K.A. Kill Mamba Kill!), directed by William Lee (6 Feet Below Hell), stars Dawna Lee Heising (Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance), Anita Farmer Bergman (The Fate of the Furious), John French (Confined), and Brittany Picard (Blue).

Synopsis

Black Mamba is a supernatural action/martial arts thriller about a woman who is killed by corrupt cops, and then is reincarnated as an assassin charged with destroying those who killed her and her friends.
