Back on October 13, 2017, Womp Stomp Films took us back to our beloved Camp Crystal Lake with a tremendously successful Friday the 13th fan made film called Never Hike Alone (read our review here) from Filmmaker Vincente DiSanti. I know that I am not alone in feeling that it is a tremendously successful movie. I absolutely love it!

When I heard they were making another film, I was ecstatic! Never Hike in the Snow is definitely a title that intrigues me. A slasher film in the snow? Yes, please! As I waited for more news after seeing that they they wrapped up filming, I couldn’t wait to see the trailer. The wait is over! Let’s check out the trailer and release date for Never Hike in the Snow!

Never Hike in the Snow Synopsis:

Three months prior to the events of Never Hike Alone (2017), this filmt follows the strange disappearance of Mark Hill, a Crystal Lake resident who went for a hike in the dead of winter and never came home.

As Local Wessex County Sheriff Rick Cologne (Vinny Guastaferro) and Deputy Alan Mabry (Bryan Forrest) search for answers, town local Tommy Jarvis (Thom Mathews) believes that his old nemesis, Jason Voorhees (Vincente DiSanti), is to blame. Will Diana Hill (Anna Campbell) ever see her son again, or will he become another lost victim of the cursed camp?

Never Hike in the Snow

Never Hike Alone’s Vincente DiSanti returns to write and direct. He also portrays Jason Voorhees. Thom Mathews (Return of the Living DeadFriday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives, Never Hike Alone) returns as Tommy Jarvis. Another Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives alum, Vincent Guastaferro, will play Sheriff Rick Cologne. Courtlan Gordon (writer and director of DEAD BY DAWN: An Evil Dead Story 2019) stars as Mark Hill, Bryan Forrest will play Deputy Alan Mabry and Anna Campbell will act as Diana Hill, Mark’s mother, to round out the cast.

Never Hike in the Snow is a segment of a six part episode series that will be released on October 13, 2020, on Womp Stomp Films’ You Tube channel. Be sure to subscribe here.
