Welcome, spooky readers! We have an unboxing from a company that we have worked with in the past hat specializes in enamel pins. You know we love our enamel pins, and Nerdpins has them in spades. They have horror and nerdy pop culture pins for everyone. We’ve shown you a few of their styles in our last Nerdpins unboxing, and they were nice enough to send us some more to show to you. Check out the unboxing video below, and then keep reading!
We want to send a huge thank you to Nerdpins for sending these amazing enamel pins our way. They sent a nice variety, and I definitely have some favorites.
If you haven’t seen the Spanish language horror comedy series Los Espookys, then you are greatly missing out. It is so funny, silly and spooky that you will love it from the very first episode. Here we have a pin to show our love for the series. This is Tico, portrayed by Fred Armisen. I can only hope that the Los Espookys pin collection grows, specifically with Andres. The little writing in this pin would be the place to have enamel issues if there were any, but the condition is perfect!
I love this Nerdpin! This stack of VHS tapes are the best films of Steven Spielberg. I am a huge fan of Spielberg’s movies, and this simple pin shows your support for one of my favorite directors. The detail in this pin is incredible. Do you see how small that writing is? What is even more impressive is how perfect the enamel is in the fine details. This one is a total win.
If our unboxing of The Stray Cat Club is any indication, we love Jeff Goldblum. He is more popular now than he was in the ’90s. Here, we have a badge of honor showing our love for Jeff as Dr. Ian Malcolm in one of our favorite films of all time, Jurassic Park, which was released in 1993. This is a simple pin, but fans will appreciate this one. It is no surprise that it’s in perfect condition.
I am one hipster ass bitch when it comes to my water. Flat water sucks and La Croix is king. There, I said it. No regrets. This is a Nerdpin for the best La Croix flavor, pamplmousse, aka grapefruit. This Pample Moose pin is really simple, but I still love it.
No matter how polarizing the final season of Game of Thrones was, one thing is for certain… Arya is the biggest badass in the show. This is her Catspaw Valyrian steel dagger that is famous for… reasons. I won’t spoil it for those that haven’t watched the series. This pin is unlike any of their others and just looks awesome. I love the little gem at the top! This pin is a total win.
We have reached the final pin from Nerdpins! Everyone loves the Disney Dole Whip, even Skeletor. Look how happy he is! Here, we have Me-Man’s arch enemy double fisting some ice cream, happy as a clam. This pin is just silly, and I appreciate pins like that. It exists just to make people happy. Isn’t that what enamel pins are all about?
As usual, Nerdpins brought it in terms of a wide net cast for fandoms and overall awesome quality. Some of these pins have incredibly small details, and there is not a drop of enamel out of place. Each of these pins are $10. If you buy two items, you get a free mystery pin with your order. You can shop their extensive catalog HERE. Even though these pins were sent to me, I am not paid for this review, and all opinions on the items are my own. Keep an eye on PopHorror for more awesome unboxings!
