Two new product lines are joining the recently launched MVD Rewind Collection. While the Rewind brand focuses on titles from the video store era and loads them with bonus content, these two new products will have their own distinct personalities and perks. The new labels offer something a little different, a little simpler and, in most cases, a little less expensive.

The MVD Marquee Collection will feature a mixture of major and independent studio films for Blu-ray and DVD. These titles might be a little too new to be considered cult, but old enough to be catalogued. Some of these titles are new to Blu-ray and some are re-releases of out of print films.

MVD Classics Collection have titles that fall in between the MVD Rewind Collection and the MVD Marquee Collection. They might be a little too obscure for those labels, and some releases might be DVD only for titles that don’t exist in HD or was shot in SD.

We are living in a golden age of home video. There are so many companies putting out fantastic collector’s edition DVD and Blu-ray releases. It’s always nice to have another company join the fold. It’s a great time to be a movie fan!
