Recently I had the pleasure of discovering a new role model for teen girls. It’s sometimes hard to find a positive figure in the world of horror, but alas, no longer. This woman I’m “tawking” about has it all: class, character, and tons of knowledge. I am talking about none other than the fabulous 100-year-old vampiress from Jersey, Ms. Vampy (aka Brooke Lewis). I was privileged to read her latest book called Ms. Vampy’s Teen Tawk: There’s A Lotta Power In Ya Choices.
This book has impeccable style. The character of Ms. Vampy alone is pure genius. If I had a teenager, I would certainly be glad to purchase this book for them to read. Scream Queen and Certified Life Coach Brooke Lewis knows exactly how to execute and deliver positive messages concerning things that happen to everyday tweens and teens. The book talks about the choices you make and the power that you have behind them. I wish that when I was a teenager, there was someone like Brooke Lewis that I could have read. Not only can I relate to the messages in her book, but her approach with the character of Ms. Vampy is flawless. I don’t want to give anything away in the book other than the fact that it is powerful and the stories she tells in Ms. Vampy’s Teen Tawk: There’s A Lotta Power in Ya Choices are a must read.
