Lucky McKee’s ‘The Woman’ (2011) Now Available On VHS

Attention VHS fans! Director Lucky McKee’s (read our interview with him here) masterpiece, The Woman, is now available on collectible VHS. The film stars The Walking Dead’s Pollyanna McIntosh (read our interview with her here), Brandon Gerald Fuller, Jug Face’s Sean Bridgers and Lauren Ashley Carter (read our interview with her here), Chris Krzykowski, and Angela Bettis (May 2002 – read one writer’s thoughts on this film here). The film will have a black clamshell case with art by the director’s wife, Vanessa McKee.

Presented in 4:3 full frame, exclusive extras include a letter from producer Andrew van den Houten and one from Lucky himself. A tape only introduction from actress Lauren Ashley Carter is also featured. The Woman stars Pollyanna McIntosh (The Walking Dead TV series), Angela Bettis (May 2002), Sean Bridgers (Deadwood TV series), and Lauren Ashley Carter (Pod 2015). The run is limited to 100 tapes that will never return.
