It seems like every week, another great news piece is coming out about the upcoming slasher feature from Voorhees Films’ 13 Fanboy. This is a dream come true for fans of the Friday the 13th franchise. It has an insanely killer cast including several Friday the 13th veterans as well as some other familiar faces including Deborah Voorhees, Kane Hodder, Corey Feldman, CJ Graham, Thom Mathews, Tracie Savage, Ron Sloan, Judie Aronson, Vincente DiSanti and Andrew Leighty.
Last week, we announced that Corey Feldman has joined the cast, and now we’re thrilled to announce that legendary icon Dee Wallace will be coming onboard as LEAD actress! She will be playing a fictional version of herself. Dee is known for her many iconic films, including Cujo, E.T., The Howling, The Hills Have Eyes, Critters, Red Christmas, and more. She’s an extraordinary addition to this cast, and I can’t wait to see her back on the silver screen!
Deborah Voorhees and Joel Paul Reisig co-wrote the script for 13 Fanboy. This fun new slasher is not a Paramount film. It is a totally separate series, with no association to the original Friday the 13th movies, a movie made by fans for fans.
