Geekfest 2020 Is Calling For Submissions

Geekfest is the only Film Festival on Earth that awards its winners with multiple screenings across North America at pop culture conventions. Back for its 7th year, the folks behind the show are officially calling for submissions! They are looking for Features, Documentaries, Short Documentaries, Shorts, Web Series, Trailers, Fan Films and Music Videos. Both Live Action and Animation! Get your stuff seen for one entry fee at multiple shows. Do you have something that fits the bill?

In our first 6 years, we’ve programmed at almost 50 comic cons across North America, over 5 million con goers have seen the GeekFest Film Fest brand on the Exhibition Floor, tens of Thousands have attended GeekFest Screenings and Panels.

Distribution and Licensing opportunities for horror and science fiction content in all short categories!

GeekFest Film Fests is the First, Largest and BEST traveling Geek Genre Film Festival, programming high concept genre films into Comic Conventions around the country!

GeekFest Film Fests travels across North America, screening the best in Indie Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, Action, Superhero, Pop Culture, Fan Films, and Fandom Related themed films. Live Action and Animation Accepted

In 2020 we plan for more conventions and more opportunities to be seen by millions of Comic Convention attendees across the nation, plus year long social media…for ONE ENTRY FEE!

Judges are from TV/Film and the Comic Con and Pop Culture industries, including Lloyd Kaufman, Bo Svenson, Jeff Wadlow, Jackis Dallas, Emma Caulfield, Amy Jo Johnson, Keahu Kahuanui, Gigi Edgely, Erin Cahill, Jessica Cameron, Scott Mantz, Sterling Gatesand Chloe Dykstra…just to name a few!

What can I say? It’s kind of a big deal!
