Indican Pictures is releasing Eric Leiser’s Sci-Fi and Horror feature Apocalypsis in theaters this week! The film centers around a black hole, which strands a woman in an alternate universe. Apocalypsis envisions a world after Revelations, in which the planet regenerates itself. This indie production the third in a trilogy that also features
Imagination (2008) and Glitch in the Grid (2012).

Set in a parallel universe entering a black hole, a woman reading the book of Revelation has visions of regeneration during Anthropocene. Can humans stay on top of the evolutionary chain or have we reached the point of no return?
Apocalypsisis is the latest production from the Leiser Brothers. Eric Leiser directs. The film stars Maria Bruun, Chris O’Leary, Eros Galbiati, Azumi Tsutsui, Ross Weinick, Stacy Kessler, Bill DiVita and Jenny Hutton. It was an official selection of the San Diego Underground Film Festival.

[Ads2]Indican Pictures acquired Apocalypsis at the European Film Market. It is slated for a multi-format release, including several theatrical showings. The film made its World Premiere in Philadelphia on March 2 at the Whitney Museum of American Art. Several other theatrical showings are planned across the U.S. (L.A., NYC, Chicago). Apocalypsisis hits digital platforms and DVD in the United States on March 20.
