The Hollow Child
Next for Devilworks, we have The Hollow Child, a supernatural film directed by Jeremy Lutter (Pirate Santa 2009) that stars Colossal’s Hannah Cheramy, Jessica McLeod (Death Note 2017) and John Emmet Tracy (American Mary 2012). Devilworks will hold a Market Premiere Screening on Sunday, November 5th at 11:30 am.
The official synopsis:
A troubled foster teen, Samantha (McLeod), works to expose a dangerous supernatural impostor in her new family and rescue her foster sister.
Nereus
Georges Padey’s debut Nereus comes next. This film stars Itziar Martinez (Louie TV series), Jane the Virgin’s Dennis Mencia and Raul Walder (Contract 2013).
The film is about a young girl who is attacked by an unearthly creature in her friend’s swimming pool. Later, she discovers that anyone who comes into contact with the water is in danger and she is driven to confront the mystical and malevolent creature lurking in the depths.
Incontrol
Last but not least from Devilworks is the sci-fi thriller Incontrol, directed by Kurtis David Harder (Still/Born 2017). The Revenant’s Chris Ball, Levi Meadan (Pacific Rim: Uprising 2018) and Rory J. Saper (Legend of Tarzan 2016) star. The film’s market premiere will be held Saturday, November 4th at 3:30 pm.

Incontrol follows a group of university students who discover a device that allows them to take control of others, and experience the world through someone else. As they push the machine’s abilities to its limits, they begin to question the device itself.
