Brazil’s Fantaspoa Festival Announces First 2018 Selections!

Brazil’s Fantaspoa, Latin America’s largest genre film festival, has revealed its first wave of films for 2018! The announcement comes in advance of the 14th edition of the festival, which runs from May 17 – June 3 in Porto Allegre.  Fantaspoa will announce their full lineup (more than 100 films) in early May!

Special guests at Fantaspoa 2018 include “Masters of Horror” creator Mick Garris and Romanian actress Elina Löwensohn. Attending filmmakers include Marc Carreté, Owen Egerton, Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead, Bertrand Mandico, Ted Geoghegan, Mike McCutchen, JJ Weber, Jenn Wexler, and Issa López.  More filmmakers and guests will be announced soon!
