British Horror Comedy Zombie Film, ‘Shed Of The Dead’ (2019), To Premiere in May

A new tongue-in-cheek British zombie comedy Shed of the Dead is confirmed for a world premiere at the Sci-Fi London Film Festival and will also be available for Digital Download soon! The movie is directed by Drew Cullingham (Monk3ys 2011), and stars Jason Voorhees himself, Kane Hodder, as well as Bill Moseley (Devil’s Rejects 2005, Crepitus 2018 – read our review here), Micheal Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes 1977 – read our retro review here, Death House 2017), Lauren Socha (Misfits 2009), Ewen MacIntosh (The Office UK TV series), Spencer Brown (Smack the Pony 1999) and Brian Blessed (Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace 1999, Flash Gordon 1980).

Synopsis:

An urban fear grips the tenants of an inner city allotment when the long-predicted apocalypse finally arrives. Gardeners, of all levels of green-fingered ability and produce-preference, are afraid to venture onto their plots, especially ate at night. For the dead have risen from the depths beneath the cabbage patch, and the rows of sweet pea, hell bent on mischief, mayhem, and consumption of the living.

Only the nimble fingered figurine war-gamer Trevor, AKA Casimir the Destroyer, and his best friend Graham, the knightly Sir Brandt, stand between the devilish hoards of undead and and the salvation of mankind — well at least in their alter-ego fantasies they do.

Shed of the Dead will premiere at the Sci-Fi London Film Festival on May 18, 2019, at the Sci-Fi London Film Festival, and several of the cast will be attending the Q&A following the screening, including Spencer Brown, Emily Booth, Lauren Socha, and Ewen MacIntosh. Shed of the Dead will also be available on Digital Download on May 20, 2019.
