PopHorror Let's Get Scared
There’s a lot of upcoming horror movies that I want to see and that includes Better Watch Out. This film was previously known as Safe Neighborhood. To be honest, I prefer the original name, but these new images make up for it.
Better Watch Out is directed by Chris Peckover with a cast starring Olivia DeJong, Ed Oxenbould, Levi Miller, Dacre Montgomery, Virginia Madsen and Patrick Warburton.
Official Synopsis:
Ashley travels to the suburban home of the Lerners to babysit their 12-year-old son, Luke, at Christmastime. She must soon defend herself and the young boy when unwelcome intruders announce their arrival.
First of all, this film has been described as Home Alone meets Scream… so I’m already sold. Secondly, I love horror movies that center around the holidays, especially Christmas, so I’m definitely looking forward to this. I also love that both kids from The Visit are in this. It kills me that Ed Oxenbould still has the same haircut!
Better Watch Out hits theaters and VOD on October 6th, just a few months shy of Christmas, and it may just be the perfect gift for your stocking or mine *hint hint*. I know I can’t wait to watch this one. What do you guys think about it? Let us know.
