Artsploitation Films is bringing two eye-popping horror anthologies to Blu-ray, DVD, and Video On Demand on June 26th. Fourteen different directors examine your darkest fears in A Taste of Phobia. Three more directors collaborate to bring you a special features-packed Blu-ray release of German Angst.

A Taste of Phobia Synopsis
This unnerving horror anthology is crafted by 14 innovative directors who aren’t afraid to explore mankind’s most bizarre and frightening phobias. Can you imagine being so freaked out by body hair that you would do absolutely anything to remove it? You may have caetophobia. Did you ever look up at the stars and realize how small and insignificant that you really are and start to question your own existence? You might have Astrophobia. How about standing in the voting booth and making a decision on the next political election when an insurmountable amount of panic takes you over. You probably have Politicophobia. Each deranged segment magnifies a specific phobia and proves that people can be afraid of just about anything including dreaming, bacteria, cooking, darkness, blood, medication even young virgins.

German Angst Synopsis
Three German tales of love, sex and death in Berlin from Germany’s most shocking directors. Final Girl – The first episode, tells the story of a young girl who lives with her guinea pig in a dirty apartment in Berlin. Seemingly a little lonely except for that bound and gagged man tied to her bed. Make a Wish – This gut-wrenching tale involves a young deaf-mute couple who are attacked by a group of skin-head hooligans. However, they are in possession of a mysterious talisman that could help them. Alraune – The finale follows a man who stumbles upon a secret sex club that promises the ultimate sexual experience by using a drug made from the roots of the legendary Mandragora plant. But the ecstatic experiences have horrific side-effects.

I gotta be honest, I haven’t seen either one of these films. They look interesting, though. I certainly love a good horror anthology. Don’t you? Both films will be released on June 26. Both are available on Amazon.
