Artsploitation Brings Holiday Cheer with First Photos of ‘Red Christmas’

Most of us are not quite ready for Christmas yet, but we’re always down for a Christmed themed horror movie! There’s quite a few coming out this year and Red Christmas is definitely one we want to see. Check out the trailer down below!

Veteran television director and actor Craig Anderson makes his feature debut with Red Christmas. In this film, he combines the horror of family gatherings with the issues of abortion, feminism, ethics, privacy, and religion. It stars Dee Wallace, Geoff Morrell, David Collins, Sarah Bishop, and Janis McGavin.

Official Synopsis:

Dee Wallace headlines as Diane, a matriarch presiding over the gathering of her squabbling grown children on Christmas Day. Tensions give way to terror when a deformed stranger appears at the door with vengeance on his mind. Diane must protect her family as limbs are severed and secrets are brought into the light.

This looks like one hell of a brutal Christmas story and I can’t wait to see it. Plus, I absolutely adore Dee Wallace and I’m completely stoked to see her in a leading role. The press release also stated that it comes with a blood-splatter twist and digs deep into what happens when secrets refuse to remain dead. What secrets could they be?
